Buying software won't grow your business.
Using it will.
Technology should never replace relationships.
It should create more time for them.
The right tech stack allows you to spend less time on repetitive admin and more time prospecting, building trust, serving clients and securing listings.
Keep it simple.
Stay consistent.
Implement what you learn.
That's where the real results begin.
This week, challenge yourself to simplify your technology rather than adding more.
✅ Choose one tool you don't currently use and spend 30 minutes learning the basics.
✅ Review your current apps and cancel anything you haven't used in the last three months.
✅ Set up Google Calendar to block out prospecting, follow-up and content creation time.
✅ Start using ChatGPT to help with one business task each day, whether it's writing social media posts, brainstorming marketing ideas or drafting emails.
✅ Ask yourself this simple question before downloading another app:
"Will this save me time, make me money or improve my client experience?"
If the answer is no…
You probably don't need it.
